MainStay Suites Fargo - I-94 Medical Center

The rooms were very spacious and the service was more than lovely. We went to the spa (hot tub) and it was very relaxing although a bit too hot. They had no towels by the hot tub but we asked and they were happy to give us some fresh towels. They didn't have too many breakfast options but enough to have a good breakfast. I recommend coming here, it's very nice and welcoming.

I am a traveling Respiratory Therapist and have been on the road for over two years but at this location for about 6 months. My experience at this wonderful hotel has been nothing short of amazing. First, the staff is very kind and attentive. They make you feel at home and greet you when coming through the door. I know that doesn't seem like much but it's the little things. I think of all the places I've stayed the layout of the room is perfect. It feels like you have a bedroom, kitchen area, and living room. Housekeeping always does a great job servicing the room and the breakfast lady is sweet and engaging. I've taken trips home while staying here and the maintenance guy is awesome. He gets me to the airport and back with no issues and with the weather during the winter months that's a small miracle. Lastly, the management here is A-1. When I first got here I had an issue with my credit card and their billing system. They didn't make a big deal about it and were understanding and helped through the very annoying situation. I would recommend every and anyone to this wonderful place.

This was a business trip for us. Due to our ability to work being dependent on the weather, our stay was extended several weeks. We could not have asked for better service. The staff here were awesome. The rooms were clean. .

I had just completed a 6 month contract in Fargo and this is where I stayed at. The rooms were cleaned and well equipped for my needs. It was so serviced in a timely manner and when it wasn't they were pretty good about letting me know ahead of time on the rare occasion that it wouldn't be during that week. Would like to give the manager Airyana and all of her staff there for all being very kind and their professionalism well point as this place felt like a great home away from home during my stay at Fargo. I would certainly stay here again if I land another contract up there again.

Clean, comfortable, easy access. Shared pool with Red Roof Inn, but had their own hot tub tucked behind the workout room! Very close to Space Aliens, too! Had no noise issues, front desk was very friendly. We stayed for a few days, had no issues!

Everything is nice and clean. No funny smells. Plenty of amenities so you never have to leave unless you want groceries. Small gym two hot tubs and a pool. Basic toast and bagels for breakfast. Hard boiled eggs and cereal with juice and coffee. The apple juice was more like flavored water. Overall very happy and nothing g to complain about. Staff is all very friendly.

We reserved a room with a pullout sofabed as we have a bigger family. Room looked great for what we needed, until we pulled out the sofabed. Sofabed had a large spring sticking out of mattress and had no fabric around it anymore. Front desk lady was super nice said she tried to find a diff one but couldnt (isnt her hotel she just works there), but there is no way they didnt have other complaints about it. We pay more for more sleeping space and could have gotten a room that isnt a suite since thats what we had. If that wasnt sticking out some kid could have jumped on it and been stabbed. Also when arriving they should let people know after 11pm you have to go to conjoined hotel for any needs. When I seen them chaining up front desk I was a little dumb founded. Would stay again if they fix the issue.

We have been here about 2 months now. The room was amazing and spacious. the bathroom was a standard hotel bathroom. The staff has been wonderful and accommodating. The manager Was extremely amazing and worked with us on an issue that came up and she got it resolved quickly. Shauna always has little crochet items that she displays and gets guests to interact with them lol. She is very polite, happy all the time, very friendly, amazing customer service skill. Again, all front desk clerks were AMAZING IN ALL ASPECTS. Our house keepers were also fantastic love Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Courtney. Let's not forget our maintenance man he was absolutely wonderful repaired anything that broke in a timely fashion. Very family oriented, very quiet, they keep the hotel clean and maintained. As far as the value, is it worth the price? For the price of the room, cleanliness of hotel, customer service and size of the room including a kitchen, yes its worth even more, but they are not money hungry (lol). Having a kitchen and reasonable rates saved us from having to go out and eat every meal, made you feel more like you were at home. Having the amenities like home made it less stressful on where to eat and we could just relax. Everyone at this location not only works here for the job but they also make you feel like you are family. If you stay here I promise you will enjoy it and not regret it. Everything about this place was wonderful except a few minor things. The pool was always cold or cool not warm at all, but was very clean. The internet was great except having to relog on everyday was a pain and the hot breakfast was eggs and sausage from Mon-Sat and Sunday was biscuits and gravy there was no variation in the hot breakfast at all. The only other thing i would suggest is them getting cameras put out in the parking lot.
